# System Admin

## System Properties

Click "System > System" on the left menu to access the system properties page.

### Time Zone

Since the NTP client is turned on under "Time Synchronization," the router can automatically sync with the time server after being connected to the Internet. You can also force sync the time by clicking the "Sync with browser" or "Sync with NTP Server" buttons under the General Settings tab.

After syncing the time, please select the correct time zone and click the "Save & Apply" button in the bottom right corner to save your new settings.

### Host Name

You can customize the "Hostname" to rename the router device, and it will display on the top left-side corner after clicking the "Save & Apply" button.

## Router Password

To change the router password, click **"System > Administration"** and enter the new password twice in the "Router Password" section, then click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner to take effect.

{% hint style="danger" %}
It is critical to record your custom router password in a secure location. If you lose or forget it, the only way to regain access to the router admin panel is to perform a hard reset. This will erase all custom configurations and return the device to its factory default settings.
