Power Supplies

The 5G router uses a 12Volt DC power adapter. Please use the correct voltage and current if using other power sources.

The 5G router requires a 12V DC power supply with an appropriate current rating for safe operation. Please use the included power supply on the 5G router.

Connecting the DC power adapter to the 100~240 Volt AC electrical outlet power, it outputs 12Volt 2Amps DC power to the 4G router.

Once the 5G router is connected to the power source, it will power on automatically, as indicated by the status lights on the front panel.

You could exchange the plug if you received more than one power plug. Press the "Push" button and twist the power plug clockwise to remove it.

Then, install another plug on the power adapter and twist it in the anti-clockwise direction to tighten it.

Alternative DC Power

If you must use the other power sources, please ensure they output stabilized 12Volt 2Amps DC power and have overvoltage & short circuit protections. The correct DC jack is Ø5.5 x 10mm, and the inner pin is Ø2.1mm.

Higher voltages and currents can damage the router, and insufficient voltages and currents might not be able to power up the router or reduce the operating performance.
